If you're like me then you don't enjoy going to the gym very much. And it's not because I don't enjoy a good workout. It can get awfully crowded during peak hours, smelly, you have to deal with machine hoggers, etc.

I'm someone that enjoys working out in the comfort of my own home. There's no one giving me the evil eye for using their favorite machine, no crappy pop music over the sound system and I get the whoole place to myself. What's not to like.

What You Need To Know About The High Protein Diet Plan

There was once upon a time when I could just buy a roll of salami like in the photo and eat it just like that. Just because I was on a so called high protein diet, I took it to the extreme.

Given the amount of salt and preservatives in one roll of salami, I felt like I was swimming in a sea of pickled vegetables.

Of course it didn't take me too long to wise up and started to take note to what I was doing wrong with this diet. It was one diet that was highly touted by many fitness gurus to work.

The high protein diet plan was in fact made famous by Dr Atkins. Hence it was also termed the 'Atkins Diet'. It was one diet which said it was ok to just survive on protein and fat alone, regardless of how it was prepared.

After some modification to my high protein diet plan, my body started reacting more favourable to it and the weight started to come off.

It has since been one diet that I've stucked on to for the best results.

My Journey From Fat To Fab

Ok, maybe fab might be over doing it, but if you saw my pictures 10 years ago you would have been shocked. I’ve come a long way, that I can proudly say.

I always had weight issues as a kid. I felt out of place yet I was too young to really do anything about it.

It was until my family doctor suggested that I went to a weight loss club made just for fat kids that woke me up.

It took me a good 10-15 years to really get this dieting stuff down.

It’s rather easy once you know how your body reacts to certain dietary adjustments.

I started my site to help others who are facing the same issues I once did. And I hope the diet plans, tips and exercises mentioned on my site can help you reach your diet goals.

Come on by and check out my articles.
